I received my email about the cancelation and will be waiting for refund. EDIT: I contacted the customer service by phone and requested cancelation. My order was worth 1300 EUR and I expect high quality service for this amount of money which wasn't delivered. I want to prevent this experience and decided to cancel my order and contact the PayPal to help me with refund as I no longer trust this company and will never try again. This experience made me suspect something wrong and I went to research some reviews where I found many similar negative experiences or even worse about receiving damaged goods or wrong ones and difficulties to get money back. This of course didn't happen and sadly the status of my order wasn't updated at all which means it wasn't treated. After that I received another email informing me that the estimated date for my parcel is. In return I asked them how long they think my order could be delayed because I ordered the shoes for an event that will happen soon and I prefer to order from elsewhere if they are overwhelmed and can't dispatch it on time.
